C2C Review from Toy Parker
-The entire experience has been beyond wonderful! The scouts at C2C Scouting not
only work great together to bring out the best in us in terms of quality
and right-on-time feedback/coaching for modelling and acting pursuits
but their support is priceless! Their support staff and photographer
also helped to enhance an already amazing experience! I needed an
updated portfolio and my daughter needed her first professional
portfolio. For a working Mom on a budget, that was crucial. God knows
the C2C Scouting team was just what the doctor ordered!
Our portfolios are what I consider Hollywood ready!! (smile) Quality
staff, quality service and consultation, quality photos, quality support
-- at an affordable price-- what more can one really ask for?
I'm working on my own television show and now I have plenty of photos to
choose from for my advertising because I own the rights to my photos
and my daughter's photos - which is equally as important as everything
else I've mentioned. Danielle and Lance - you are the absolute best and
we appreciate you so very much! My daughter's first photo shoot was
amazing!! In the meantime, we hope to make history landing our own
individual contracts in the state competition as a first mother and
daughter duo competing representing our mall! We will make you both
proud! Apologies for the long review but these words here cannot express how
deeply our experience meant to us and even helped my daughter to know
for sure that she has what it takes to push forward to achieve in the
world of modeling and acting on a professional level. At her tender age,
that is priceless and that means everything to me. Her excitement and
happiness this weekend is a memory we both will always cherish. We thank
you C2C Scouting for amazing memories that will last a lifetime!!

Thank you for sending Doug & Ashley to
Charlotte, NC as our Emcee, Host & Photographer Model Mentor
Extra-ordinaire. I cannot thank you enough for the positive experience
my daughter had. She has always disliked having her photo taken but
after having that photo shoot with Doug, she couldn't stop the smiles
and talking about how much she learned in such a little time. She will
never again be shy in front of the camera..."shutters were opened".....
and maybe a good bit more confident in life. After we saw the pictures
he took, She and I BOTH WERE STUNNED. Her experience with such a gifted
photographer and artist was absolutely PRICELESS

What should go in a Model Bag?
A model should be prepared at all times when out on castings and shoots. Below are the top things that should be included in their Model Bag....
Lip
Balm/Gloss – Keep your lips moisturized.
Basic Makeup Kit – Foundation, press powder, mascara, eyeliner, eye drops.
Hair Products – Bobby Pins, Hair Spray, Brush, Comb
Nude Bra/Undergarments – Prevent your undergarments from clashing with clothes. Make sure you have a strapless bra and boy cut underwear too.
Portfolio/Headshots – ALWAYS have your portfolio even if you’ve already booked the job. If you don’t have a portfolio, work on getting one shot by a professional photographer.
Pumps – At least 4 inches. A client may ask you to work for them.
Comp Cards – Leave something with the client or crew after they’ve reviewed your portfolio.
Vouchers (agency models only) – This ensures you get paid from the client.
Panty Liners – Don’t be embarrassed and caught off guard. You never know. Be prepared.
Thank You Cards (blank) – Always thank the people you work with. Get their names beforehand. Handwriting a special note gives you bonus points. Try your local drug store. They usually have a pack of 10.
Bottled Water – Keeps you hydrated.
Directions to set – This will prevent you from arriving late. No one likes a late model. Try Google Maps.
Cell Phone Charger – Its rude to be on your cell while shooting however make sure your cell is charging while you work. Put it on silent or turn off completely.
Book/Tablet/MP3 Player: You may have a long downtime. This will keep you from becoming bored.
Mouth Wash/Breath Mints – Keep your breath fresh. NO GUM!"
To add to the nude undergarments, make sure they are seamless. Try to find a nude seamless thong and nude seamless boy shorts. Also get a nude convertible bra that can be strapless or used with straps - make sure the cups are smooth, no lace or trip that could show through clothing
